Healthcare administration expertise meets compassionate senior advocacy

About Fateh Sidhu

Over a Decade of Advocacy Experience

Fateh has helped countless families navigate one of the most important and overwhelming decisions they will ever face: finding safe, appropriate care for an aging loved one.

He brings over a decade of experience in gerontology and healthcare administration, serving high-need populations and older adults across complex care settings. Fateh holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Southern California and is both a Certified Senior Care Advisor and Certified Dementia Practitioner.

Before launching his private practice, Fateh served as an administrator at Stanford Health Care and held leadership roles within patient care quality departments across multiple healthcare systems. This experience gives him a rare, inside understanding of how healthcare systems, senior living operations, regulation, and family decision-making intersect, and where families are most often underserved.

Today, Fateh provides hands-on, advocacy-driven placement guidance. He personally vets communities, reviews extensive state inspection reports, and helps families evaluate options they may not even know to ask about. He is also an Alzheimer’s Association Community Educator, providing evidence-based dementia education and support to families in the community.
